Ernie’s at the Fraze Concessions

Fraze Pavilion offers a wonderful Box Supper Program. Each delicious dinner is freshly prepared for you on the day of show. Ernie’s Box Suppers are available for any event at the Fraze by advance order only. (Ordering options and instructions are below).

Box Supper Ordering Instructions:

ORDER BY PHONE:

1. Place your order anytime before 9:00 AM on the day of the show by calling (937) 296-3354, our automated phone line.

2. Prepay with a credit card when ordering. Please include your telephone number or e-mail address for confirmation purposes. And be sure to specify the name of the show and the show date when ordering—this is extremely important!

3. All box supper orders (except online) will be confirmed by 2:30 pm by phone or by e-mail on the day of the show by the staff of Fraze Pavilion.

4. Pick up your order at Ernie’s Concessions anytime after gates open, before the show.

ORDER BY FAX:

1. Place your order anytime before 9:00 AM on the day of the show by faxing a completed order form to (937) 534-7197.

2. Prepay with a credit card when ordering. Please include your telephone number or e-mail address for confirmation purposes. And be sure to specify the name of the show and the show date when ordering—this is extremely important!

3. All box supper orders (except online) will be confirmed by 2:30 pm by phone or by e-mail on the day of the show by the staff of Fraze Pavilion.

4. Pick up your order at Ernie’s Concessions anytime after gates open, before the show.
