A Few Guidelines
When you have a gathering on the patio at the Fraze, we want your experience to be pleasant and enjoyable, therefore, we ask that you follow a few easy guidelines.- While party decorations are permitted, balloons are not allowed.
- Trash must be deposited in designated garbage receptacles – and party hosts must “clean up” the patio area at the end of the event.
- Only those over the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol.
- No pets are allowed on the patio.
Event Assistance
When you host a party on the patio, a Fraze Pavilion representative will be on hand to assist as needed. The patio will be ready for your group upon your arrival, with tables, umbrellas and chairs in place. The party host is responsible for placing and removing any decorations, as well as picking up trash at the end of the event. How To Reserve the Fraze Patio
