  • DOES MY BABY NEED A TICKET?
    Yes, children of all ages must have a ticket for Fraze events. For reserved seat shows, children under the age of 5 may not sit in Plaza or Orchestra seating and are welcome to sit in the Lawn or Terrace sections. Strollers are not allowed in Fraze Pavilion for any ticketed event.

    DOES THE FRAZE PAVILION OFFER SEASON TICKETS?
    At the current time, we do not offer a season ticket package. We do offer tickets for summer concerts through our Fraze Fan Club Program.

    WHERE IS THE FRAZE PAVILION TICKET OFFICE LOCATED?
    The Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office is conveniently located on Lincoln Park Boulevard West, adjacent to Ernie’s Concessions on the west side of the building.

    2012 Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office Hours:
    Monday to Friday: 10am – 6pm
    Saturday: 9am – 4pm
    Sunday: Noon – 3pm

    WHAT IF IT RAINS?
    All concerts are held rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted and must be checked at our item check service. Patrons are encouraged to wear rain apparel and ponchos are available for purchase for $2. Guests who hold lawn or terrace tickets are advised to bring a blanket. In the summer, most rain showers pass quickly and weather can be extremely localized. Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to interrupt or delay any performance for up to 40 minutes.

    WHERE CAN I PARK?
    Free parking is available at the City of Kettering Government Center, Fairmont High School and select side streets.

    HOW DOES FRAZE PAVILION ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL NEEDS?
    Facilities at Fraze Pavilion are wheelchair-accessible, with wheelchair seating available on Plaza, Orchestra and Terrace levels. We offer a drop-off area on Isaac Prugh Way, east and west of the Pavilion, with limited handicapped parking on east and westbound Lincoln Park Boulevard. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have special needs, please let the ticket seller know when you purchase your tickets. For other accessibility issues, call (937) 296-3300 no less than seven days in advance of your visit.

    CAN I BRING MY LAWN CHAIR TO SIT ON THE LAWN?
    Lawn chairs, beach chairs and stadium seats are not permitted. Any chair with exposed metal, wood or plastic is not permitted. Back supports that do not elevate patrons off the ground, or contain exposed metal, wood or plastic may be brought into the facility. Blankets are recommended and encouraged!

    WHAT DOES “GENERAL ADMISSION” MEAN?
    Several concerts each summer are sold as General Admission, meaning all seating is unreserved and available on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. There are NO saving of seats, rows or blanket space associated with general admission seating. Your entire group must be in attendance to ensure sitting together or face foreiture of any “saved” seats.

    CAN I BRING MY CAMERA, CAMCORDER OR TAPE RECORDER?
    Camera policies vary from show to show. Many artists have policies prohibiting the use of cameras.

    No Cameras

    When the artist requests “no cameras”, no cameras of ANY type, including camera/cell phones, may be used. You will either need to check your camera at item check or return the camera to your car. Fraze Pavilion is required to enforce the no camera policy per the artist’s request.

    Cameras Permitted

    If cameras are allowed, the icon shown on the right will be posted with the detailed concert information. Still image cameras are restricted to “point and shoot” types only, meaning cameras without interchangeable lenses. Single lens reflex (SLR), professional grade, video or cameras with zoom lenses exceeding 4x are prohibited. At no time are laser pointers allowed.

    Fraze Pavilion has the right to make the determination on all cameras on behalf of the artists. Film or tape is subject to confiscation and becomes the property of the artist.

    WHAT CAN I BRING TO FRAZE PAVILION?
    You may bring blankets, binoculars, and food and beverages purchased at Ernie’s Concessions. Each guest may bring one factory sealed bottle of water. Due to Ohio State Law and local ordinances, patrons may only drink those alcoholic beverages served at Ernie’s. Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to refuse service to those audience members who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. You must be 21 years of age with proper identification to purchase alcohol. No other beverages or outside food, except those purchased at Ernie’s, are allowed in the pavilion. Beer and wine sales end approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of the show.

    WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN FRAZE PAVILION?
    For the safety and security of all patrons, the following items are NOT permitted: weapons (including knives), alcoholic beverages, animals, cans, bottles or other beverage containers, coolers, outside food, cameras, camcorders, recording devices, signs & posters (including handmade ones), fireworks, laser pointers, lawn chairs, beach chairs, stadium seats, skateboards, bicycles, picnic baskets, strollers, umbrellas, bug spray in aerosol cans or any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate.

    PLEASE NOTE: All cellular phones should be turned off or set to “vibrate” prior to the start of the show. All carry-in items/bags, including purses, will be searched. Please allow sufficient time upon arrival for screening.

    WHAT HAPPENS TO PROHIBITED ITEMS OR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND AFTER AN EVENT?
    If you attend an event with a prohibited item, you have the choice to return the item to your vehicle or receive a claim check for the item. Claim checks must be redeemed at the Fraze Pavilion ticket office within 7 days of the event date. If you believe you left or lost an item at a Fraze event, you may contact us at (937) 296-3300. Fraze Pavilion is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left unclaimed after 7 days of event date.

    IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
    For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted in any amphitheater seating area, restrooms, or select park and sidewalk areas appropriately signed.

    WHAT DOES IT COST TO RENT A FRAZE SEAT BACK?
    Seat back rentals are $7 each and limited to 2 per person. Seat backs are available for rent when the gates open. Back supports that do not contain exposed metal, wood, or plastic, or elevate patrons off the ground may be brought into the facility. Seating areas are not covered and lawn and terrace seating may be wet.

    WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO FRAZE PAVILION?
    Allow ample time for travel and parking. For free show performances, gates open 60 minutes prior to show time. For ticketed events, gates open 90 minutes before show time. Most shows begin at 8 pm, with a few exceptions; and most FREE shows begin at 7:00 pm. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a break in the program before taking their seats. Please allow sufficient time upon arrival for carry-in item/bag screening.

    AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PAVILION AND RE-ENTER LATER?
    There is no re-entry to Fraze Pavilion during ticketed performances.

    WHY ARE THE SIDEWALKS CLOSED AROUND THE PARK ON EVENT NIGHTS?
    Sidewalks are closed on ticketed shows to ensure the safety of those guests with tickets to venue events and as a protection for the equipment trucks and buses parked along the sidewalk.

    DOES FRAZE HAVE AN ATM MACHINE ON SITE?
    Yes! For your convenience, an ATM is available adjacent to the Ticket Office at all Fraze Pavilion events.

    WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS IN WILL CALL?
    Will call tickets are available for pick up AFTER 6pm on the day of the event at the Fraze Pavilion ticket office. The person purchasing the tickets must be present and show picture I.D., the credit card used for making the purchase and the confirmation number.

    DOES FRAZE PAVILION HAVE A DISRUPTIVE PATRON POLICY?
    As a courtesy to other guests, Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave the premises.

    HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR AN OUTDOOR CONCERT?
    Informal attire is entirely appropriate and you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as temperatures cool later in the evening. Comfortable footwear is a good idea for the walk to and from the parking area.

    WHERE MAY I REDEEM MY FRAZE PAVILION GIFT CERTIFICATE?
    Fraze Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office during normal business hours.

    I’M IN A BAND, HOW DO I GET OUR INFORMATION TO FRAZE FOR CONSIDERATION?
    Fraze Pavilion accepts artist/band promotional material January through March and October through December. Please send a press kit including biography, song list, CD and/or DVD to:
